This video explains and demonstrates how healthcare facilities can perform a Worklog Resolution within the ShiftKey app.

In order to ensure accountability and accuracy - we’ve developed worklog resolutions. This is any scheduled shift that has not had a worklog uploaded within 48 hours or a worklog that has been rejected due to a discrepancy or error.

These can be found on your dashboard, also found on the left hand side of your page by clicking Shifts, and then Unresolved Shifts. Choose which shift you’d like to update - if the provider did not work, please click “no” and select a reason why. If the provider did work, please click “yes” and fill out the appropriate hours below. Then click “I understand” and “save resolutions”
