This video explains and demonstrates how healthcare providers/professionals can find out if they've been accepted/approved to work a per diem shift requested within the ShiftKey app.

Once you have requested a shift, it goes into the facility’s queue to approve you or not. When approved onto a shift, you will get an email stating that you have been assigned, as well as when you sign into ShiftKey, on your Dashboard you can scroll down to “Your Upcoming Shifts” to see which shifts to which you have been assigned.
