You get the choice of two pay types - pay card or direct deposit. Pay card can be paid on a daily basis Monday-Friday, and direct deposit is paid weekly on Tuesday.
Brand new to ShiftKey?
If you just completed onboarding and requested a paycard (daily pay) during that process, you will receive it in the mail ∼3 weeks after you complete the onboarding process. We will not mail out paycards before you complete onboarding.
To change your pay type from Direct Deposit to Daily Pay:
-Click on the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your ShiftKey app.
-Let your Support Representative know that you want to switch from Direct Deposit to Daily Pay.
-They will send you a form to fill in and the appropriate email address to send it to.

-Let your Support Representative know that you want to switch from Daily Pay to Direct Deposit.
Ordering a Replacement Paycard
-If you are requesting a replacement Rapid! Pay Card, please contact Rapid directly at 1.877. 380.0980 (press 0) and tell the representative you need a mailed replacement card.
