This video explains and demonstrates how healthcare facilities can add a team member to their facility within the ShiftKey app.

To manage your team, click teams on the left hand side of your screen. Click the team that you want to manage.

Click on invite teammates, fill out the appropriate information, and then click facility access. From there, check the box you wish to apply them to, assign their title, and select which permissions you’d like this user to have. When complete, click send invitation.

At which point they will receive an email from with a link to set up their password to gain access to the platform. Don’t forget to check your junk folder!
