Why is my work log still pending review?
Our team works diligently every day to review work logs as quickly as possible.
Why is my Friday/Saturday/Sunday work log(s) still in review?
All work logs from the weekend will be reviewed by 1pm on Mondays.
Why is my work log rejected?
To see the rejection reason and how to fix your work log, go to your ShiftKey Schedule, click on the shift that was rejected, and the reason will be there.
I worked, but there wasn't a shift in ShiftKey for me to upload my work log.
If the shift is not in ShiftKey, we cannot pay you. The facility will have to post a "placeholder" shift in the future for you to upload your work log to - we cannot go backwards in ShiftKey. Then ShiftKey will reject the work log because it will not match the shift, then the facility can resolve it. Ask the facility what day is best for them to post a placeholder shift for you.
I called the facility and they said they did not reject my work log.
In this case, ShiftKey rejected your work log and the reason is on your Schedule. You can view the reason by clicking on the shift.
How do I clock in?
To "clock in" you'll need to download work logs and take them with you to shifts. Work logs can be found on ShiftKey, Downloads, Provider Work Logs or click here.
You'll need to print and take copies to the facility. After you work the shift you'll log in to ShiftKey, go to Manage Schedule, click on the shift completed and follow the
directions to upload your work log.
Where do I get work logs?
Your work logs are located in the downloads tab in ShiftKey. They must be printed, hand written and signed by the facility.
How do I upload a work log?
To upload your work log, go to Manage Schedule, click the shift worked and follow the directions to upload your work log.
Will you email/mail me work logs?
No, you'll need to print and take copies to the facility. Work logs can be found on ShiftKey, Downloads, Provider Work Logs.
Where do I send my work log?
After your shift is complete, go to Manage Schedule, click the shift you just completed, and upload a picture of the work log with your phone.
